Founded in 2000 in Bangalore by a group of passionate students, the Y2K Tots Foundation has evolved into a vibrant organization comprising enthusiastic volunteers from diverse backgrounds, all committed to uplifting the less fortunate, particularly destitute children. Operating from Kochi, Kerala, we have taken a proactive role in rescue and relief efforts during various disasters, providing immediate assistance to those affected by calamities.
The SnehaSparsham initiative focuses on rehabilitation for individuals impacted by disasters, helping them find solace and healing in their time of need. We recognize that many individuals face not just physical challenges but also profound emotional trauma. The aftermath of a disaster can leave survivors grappling with grief, anxiety, and uncertainty about the future. Families may have lost loved ones, homes, and livelihoods, leading to a sense of helplessness and despair. Children, especially, are vulnerable to the psychological impacts of such events, which can hinder their emotional and social development.
